Location Information: For retail markets, the App collects precise and approximate physical location data (GPS coordinates, city, and address). This information is used strictly to enable distributors to navigate, deliver, and fulfill wholesale orders at your store.

Commercial & Order Transactions: Purchase orders placed, order numbers, purchased item lists, quantities, negotiated pricing, order status history (pending, confirmed, delivered, cancelled), invoices, delivery notes, and payment status records.

Photos and Media: Product catalog images uploaded by distributors and delivery/invoice photos optionally attached to order communication notes.
